This website was designed for use on a screen with 1366x768 resolution. If your screen has a
larger resolution, the size will be small. You can use the [Ctrl][+] or [Ctrl][=] key combination
to enlarge the size. Conversely, if your screen has a smaller resolution, You can use the
[Ctrl][-] key combination to reduce the size.

On every page, other than the PDF type, you can use the GOOGLE TRANSLATE BOX located just below the
header to TRANSLATE to a NON-ENGLISH language.

The original PDF Documents have been converted to a text based document which facilitates the searching
of the documents by the [Ctrl][F] key combination.

A software OCR conversion was made and as such there could be some conversion errors found, so these
documents are not intended to replace the original PDF versions. Effort has been made to insure the
overall completeness of the conversion as well as formatting to allow quick access to sections.
For example, on the CC&Rs (Deed Restrictions) page, if you are looking for the section on Fences,
you can press the [Ctrl][F] key combination and there will be an input box pop up near the top right
of the page. Enter the word "fence" and press [Enter] and you will be taken to the next occurance of
the word "fence" in the page. If there is a link it will be a different color and underlined.
This feature is provided to allow you quick access to any subject.
